NAWALPARASI, DEC 18 -
Two people died in a road accident at Nawalparasi along the Eats-West Highway. Locals have halted traffic along the highway following the accident.
According to District Traffic Police, Krishna Subedi and Amar Thapa of Amarapuri VDC in Nawalparasi died in the accident when their motorcycle (Na 3 Pa 3750) was hit by a passenger bus (Ba 2 Kha 6126). Both the deceased were in their early 30s.
Hundreds of vehicles that had left Chitwan, after the traffic in Chitwan came to normalcy, were stuck in Nawalparasi again.
