KATHMANDU, DEC 11 - The Army Integration Special Committee on Sunday directed its secretariat to make necessary arrangements to decide on the package for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) combatants opting for integration, rehabilitation and voluntary retirement.
A meting of the committee held at its secretariat at Nayabaneshwor in the Capital made the decision.
According to member Bhim Rawal, the Committee meeting would study the proposal put forth by the secretariat and strike an agreement on the package during its next meeting, slated for December 16.
Lauding the successful completion of the regrouping process, the meeting also thanked the secretariat members and the PLA combatants for their contribution.
