KATHMANDU, NOV 24 -
The Legislature-Parliament session of the Constituent Assembly (CA) is underway on Thursday to discuss the proposal put-forth for the 11th amendment of the Interim Constitution.
Minister for Law and Justice Brijesh Kumar Gupta is scheduled to table the proposal to extend the tenure of the CA at the House today, sources confirmed.
The government had registered the proposal seeking CA term extension after the major parties on Friday agreed to form a State Restructuring Commission, reversing their own previous agreement for an experts’ panel.
