SOLUKHUMBU , NOV 12 - Two Korean nationals died after they were buried in the avalanche while returning from Mt. Lhotse.
The Korean nationals died at 6:30 pm, Friday, it was confirmed by the Area Police Office, Namche, on Saturday only.The rescue was delayed due to the bad weather condition, said police.
The bodies were carried in Lukla at 1:30 pm today which were later sent to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for post mortem, said Superintendent of Police (SP), Ramesh Kumar Khadka of District Police Office, Solukhumbu.
The names of the Korean nationals, who had gone on the mountain expedition from Cabin Professional trekking, has not been identified yet, said SP Khadka. RSS
