KATHMANDU, NOV 04 - Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subash Nembang met Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai to discuss on various issues today.
On the occasion, the two held discussions on the Special Committee to be formed for state restructuring from the CA, form of governance and electoral system, according to the Personal Secretariat of Chairman Nembang.
A meeting of the Sub-committee formed to settle contentious issues appeared during constitution writing process held on Friday morning had decided to form a Special Committee under CA for state restructuring.
The leaders duo also discussed on registering an amendment bill in the Legislative-Parliament for this as it was necessary to amend the constitution. RSS
