Shrestha further said crimes that take place in an organised way and number of criminal incidents and violence has been increased due to use of weapons.

Challenges seen on security management could be brought down by making the Armed Police more organized, professionally capable and disciplined, Shrestha said.

There are security organizations of para-military nature in 146 countries of the world now, and the need of this type of security organization is increasing in Nepal also, he added.
