KATHMANDU, OCT 22 - Former Prime Minister and CPN-UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal on Saturday said even the positive forces working in favour of the peace process have been bamboozled. He hinted at lack of consensus among the parties in the peace process.
Speaking at a program organised in the Capital, Nepal said that the people would consider the leaders “worthless” if the constitution is not drafted by Nov 30.
He further said that the people are already raising questions against the leaders as they have not been able to promulgate a constitution even two years after the formation of the Constituent Assembly.
“It would be shameful if we have to extend the CA tenure again,” said Nepal.
