KATHMANDU, OCT 05 -
President Dr Ram Baran Yadav is scheduled to provide tika to the general public on the day of Vijaya Dashami on Thursday.
The gate of the presidential palace will remain open for those willing to receive tika by the President from 12:30 noon to 5:00pm on the Vijaya Dashami on October 6, according to the Office of the President, Shitalniwas.
