RUKUM, SEP 20 -
A minor was burnt to death in Rukum district on Monday night.
The deceased has been identified as 14-month-old son of Kasam Oli of Rukumkot VDC-3.
The incident took place when the child's mother was outside the house for household chores after making him asleep nearby the oven, according to the Area Police Office, Rukumkot.
Meanwhile, an elderly person of Athbiskot VDC went missing for the past three days while crossing through a Ginjagar rivulet.
The rivulet swept Ana Damai, 69 away while he was on the way to Radi bazaar from house.
Police personnel of the Area Police Office, Athbiskot and locals have intensified the search operation.
