Maoists deviated from CPA, says Poudel
BHAKTAPUR, SEP 17 - Nepali Congress (NC) Parliamentary Party leader Ram Chandra Poduel accused the UCPN (Maoist) of deviating from the Comprehensive Peace Accord (CPA).
