KATHMANDU, SEP 15 -
The government appointed Ganesh Subba as Chairman of the commission to fix electricity tariff and Uttar Kumar Shrestha and Sri Krishna Acharya as members of the commission.
A Cabinet meeting held on Thursday also appointed Dr. Jitendra Mahaseth as advisor to the Ministry of Health and extended the terms of three Brigadier Generals in Nepal Army namely Dhani Raj Karki, Hem Khatri and Ajit Singh Thakuri by three years.
The government also decided to implement the Rani Jamariya Kuleriya Ayojana with the support of the World Bank and launch state building programs at the local level in Okhaldunga and Khotang on Swiss government support.
