‘India will support ‘everyone’s favorite’ Bhattarai’
LAMJUNG, SEP 09 -
Indian Ambassador to Nepal Jayant Prasad stressed on the need for cooperation among the political parties for the logical conclusion of the peace and statute drafting processes.
Envoy Prasad, who arrived here in Besisahar, Lamjung district to inaugurate the District Army Board on Friday, said the future of the peace and statute depends upon the political parties’ commitment and honesty to the processes.
The Indian envoy added Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai is liked by the Nepali people and that the government of India would support him. Prasad said India was always in favour of prosperity and development of Nepal.
