‘Govt making efforts to end transition’

UCPN (Maoist) spokesperson Dinanath Sharma has said that the government was making efforts to end political transition of the country.
Sharma urged the leaders of other political parties to wait for three months by offering time to the government for completing the peace process and constitution drafting .
Speaking at a news conference organised by the Myagdi chapter of Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), Sharma argued that there is high risk of losing the achievements obtained from the long struggle and massive sacrifice of the people if the political transitional was not brought to an end.
He said the main political line of the political parties at present is peace and constitution and warned that any force that hatches conspiracy against peace and constitution will be defeated.
He said the government was committed to completing the peace and constitution writing as the opposition parties and the international communities have also extended full support to the Bhattarai-led government.
