KALIKOT, SEP 02 - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sought clarification after the District Administration Office, Kalikot, recommended to issue a passport by sending a blank form to be filled for obtaining a passport.
The DAO, Kalikot, has sent the blank form sans photo of Purna Jaisi of Gela VDC of the district to issue passport.
However, Chief District Officer, Durga Dutt Dhakal, claimed that recommendation was made through the blank form in order to serve the district dweller. RSS
