Gold cheaper by 1,500

KATHMANDU, AUG 24 -  

Gold price has decreased by Rs. 1,500 per tola in the local market and was traded at Rs. 52,400 on Wednesday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (NEGOSIDA), the hallmark gold was traded at Rs. 53,900 per tola on Tuesday.

Similarly, the price of worked gold decreased by Rs. 1,500 and was traded at 52,190 today. It was traded at Rs. 53,690 on Tuesday, informed the NEGOSIDA.

The fine silver price was decreased by Rs. 40 and traded at Rs. 1,230 per tola.

The gold price was decreased with the improvement of the share markets in the international markets, said NEGOSIDA. RSS
