'Govt formation overshadowed statute'

KATHMANDU, AUG 21 - Constituent Assembly (CA) Chairman Subash Chandra Nembang on Sunday said the issue of government formation has overshadowed statute drafting process.
Speaking at a book launching ceremony in the Capital today, the CA chair said there was no alternative to a consensus government.
He even expressed his confidence that a consensus government would be formed as per the agreement reached among the political parties.
