RAUTAHAT, AUG 09 - Police held eight kg marijuana during a raid in a house at Sakhuawa VDC, Rautahat on Tuesday. Nagerndra Thapa, the house owner, was also taken into custody after recovering the contraband drugs in his residence.
A police team from Harsah police station led by assistant sub-inspector Ashok Kumar Kurmi recovered seven kg marijuana packed in polythene bags and one kg unpacked, police Inspector Raju Thapa said.
The police team raided the house after being tipped off about the same.
