More than Rs. 18 million budget of the Town Development and Building Construction Division Office, Dang, has frozen in the last fiscal year.
The office failed to construct each building of Rapti Sub-Zonal Hospital, Ghorahi, and Rapti Zonal Hospital, Tulsipur, in the last fiscal year.
Kosh Nath Adhikari, chief of the office, said construction of the buildings will be expedited within some months. He said some Rs. 70 million was expended in the last fiscal year for the project.
Among eight different projects in Dang and Salyan districts, the highest amount of budget of the integrated health programme was frozen.
