Hospital Officials withdraw agitation

CHITWAN, JUL 29 - The officials of the BP Koirala Memorial Cancer Hospital, Chitwan, withdrew their agitation from Friday.
The Officials were agitating after Pitamber Updhyaya, account officer of the hospital, was thrashed by an unidentified gang on Sunday evening.
The officials organised different protest programmes after the incident.
Ramesh Pandey, secretary of the hospital unit of the All Nepal Health Workers Association, the agitation was withdrawn after the local administration made commitment to take action against the accused persons.
However, Pandey warned of agitation until the victim was treated and the culprits were booked.
