Diarrhoea claims three children from single family

DAILEKH, JUL 23 -
Three children from a single family have died due to diarrhoea at Bajaha of Bishala VDC-1 of Dailekh district.
The deceased have been identified as Pabitra, 10, Deepa, 6, and Nirmala, 4, daughters of Nara Bahadur Shahi. Deepa died Friday night whereas Pabitra and Nirmala died this morning while undergoing treatment in their own house, said local resident Bishnu Shahi.
Meanwhile, Nara Bahadur and his wife Gaura have also been suffering from diarrhoea.
There house is some14 miles away from the district headquarter. According to Dr. Khagendra Jung Shah, Chief of the District Health Office, the family members were suffering from diarrhoea since four days after consuming poisonous mushroom.
