Two killed, 11 hurt in Jeep mishap

GULMI, JUL 19 - Two persons were killed and 11 others injured when a jeep (Lu 1 Ja 1614), en route to Ridi from Bamitaksar, met with an accident in Aaupachar VDC-3.
One of the deceased has been identified as Subba Rayamajhi, while the identification of another one has yet to be known. Four of the 11 injured are said to be in critical condition, chairman of Aapchaur Information Centre informed.
A team of police personnel and local people engaged in rescue operation at the accident site. The jeep fell some 30 meters down to the Badighat River’s bank.
Preparations are being made to send the injured to Rudrawati Hospital, Majuwa, police informed.
