PM condemns Mumbai blasts
KATHMANDU, JUL 14 - Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal has condemned the multiple blasts at the India’s business capital, Mumbai on Wednesday.
“I am profoundly shocked and saddened to learn about the multiple blasts in Mumbai causing loss of dozens of invaluable lives and rendering many more innocent people injured,” PM Khanal said in a statement on Thursday.
Prime Minister Khanal expressed his condolences on behalf of Nepal and Nepali people to the Indian government, people of India and the bereaved families, the statement released by PM’s foreign advisor Milan Raj Tuladhar read.
The prime minister in the statement hoped that the government and the people of India would face this tragedy with courage and wisdom.
Three bomb explosions in India’s financial capital on Wednesday left at least 17 dead and 131 injured.
