BIRATNAGAR, MAY 14 -
CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel Saturday said there is no significance of extending the tenure of the Constituent Assembly unless satisfactory basis for extending the term is presented before the general public.
Speaking to the reporters in Biratnagar Airport this morning, Pokharel said there is no meaning in extending the tenure without clarifying all the issues concerning the CA.
Also on the occasion, Pokharel said issues concerning the peace process and constitution drafting should also be clarified prior to the extension of the CA.
