‘No possibility of timely constitution’

Madhesi Janadhikar Forum- Loktantrik (MJF-L) leader Sarat Singh Bhandari has said the possibility for timely promulgation of the constitution has vanished.
Speaking at a programme at Hattilet in Mahottari district on Friday, he also said that there is no possibility of constitution drafting until the peace process was concluded.
Leader Bhandari said people could be hopeful of constitution only if there was some progress on peace process.
On the occasion, different leaders of other political parties joined the MJF-Loktantrik.
