KATHMANDU, APR 24 -
Police arrested owners of the Thamel-based Caraman Guest House accusing their involvement in flesh trade. During a surprise raid of the guesthouse on Friday night, police said they found eight men and three girls in compromising positions while others were indulging in ‘immoral activities’. Police said some girls were forced by guest house owners—Barun Thapa and Sarin Shrestha—to have sex with clients with the lure of money. The duo will be punished in accordance with anti-trafficking laws.
