Big three must act responsibly: Rayamajhi

Minister for Physical Planning and Works Top Bahadur Rayamajhi said on Saturday that the constitution can be promulgated on time only if the major three parties—UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress (NC), and CPN-UML—act seriously and embrace their responsibilities.
Speaking at a program organised in Abukhaireni, Rayamajhi said that the constitution is possible only with the cooperation among the big three parties.
"The three parties need to unite and initiate collaboration for peace and timely statute,” he said.
He said that the general public must pressurise the political parties in order to ensure the timely promulgation of the new constitution.
