'Revolt certain if statute drafting impeded'

UCPN (Maoist) Spokesperson Dinanath Sharma accused the Nepali Congress (NC) and the CPN-UML of conspiring to hinder the promulgation of a people's constitution.
Speaking at a programme organised in Gulmi on Sunday, Sharma said that the NC and the UML are impeding the statute drafting process by disseminating rumours against Maoist.
He added that a people’s revolt is inevitable provided that the new constitution is not drafted in their favour.
