BHAKTAPUR, APR 02 -

CPN-UML Secretary Shankar Pokharel said on Saturday that the current government cannot transform itself into a national consensus one.

Speaking at a programme organised in Bhaktapur, he claimed that other political parties will not join the current government owing to the 7-point agreement.

In a different context, Pokharel informed that the UML will finalise the names of UML leaders to be appointed as ministers by Sunday.

Underlining that the new constitution cannot be drafted within May 28, he said his party is endeavouring for peace and constitution.
