GULMI, MAR 27 -
Nine houses and eight cowsheds have been gutted in a fire at Thulolumpek in Gulmi district on Saturday evening.
“The fire destroyed property worth over Rs. 1.4m,” Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Padam Prasad Subedi informed, “However, no human casualty is reported.”
It is learnt that the fire was taken under control at around 11 p.m. with help of the locals.
A short circuit might have triggered the mishap, it has been presumed.
