Nepal beats Bhutan 2-1
POKHARA, MAR 19 - Nepal beat Bhutan 2-1 in a friendly football match played at the Pokhara Stadium on Saturday.
Earlier, Nepal had defeated Bhutan by 1-0 on Thursday.
Nepal kept the lead of 2-0 till the 90th minutes of the game and in the injury time Bhutan succeeded to score a goal against the host.
Bikash Singh Chhetri of Nepal scored the first goal in the match at the 24th minute while Bharat Khawas took Nepal to a lead of 2-0 at the 75th minute.
Thencho was the Bhutan ese player to score against Nepal at the injury time.
