‘Parties collecting forceful donations must be cautioned’
BUTWAL, DEC 24 -
Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal said on Friday that the political parties, which run their associations and sustain their cadres with money from others, must be cautioned.
Inaugurating the Butwal Finance building in Butwal today, PM Nepal urged everyone not to support such parties that demand donations forcefully and threaten others if their demands are not complied with.
Hinting towards the UCPN (Maoist) and its youth front Young Communist League (YCL), the prime minister appealed to the general public to chase away the party leaders and organisations eying the properties of others.
On the occasion, PM Nepal underlined the need of a revolt against such reactionary forces
Stating that the economy will be shoved towards a chaotic situation if the status of the banks in the nation deteriorates, he underscored the need for investment in lucrative sectors of the country.
