Veep Jha extends Eid ul-Azha wishes
KATHMANDU, NOV 16 -
Vice President Paramananda Jha on Tuesday extended his wishes to the Muslim community on the eve of the Eid ul-Azha, which will be celebrated on Wednesday.
The government has declared a public holiday tomorrow for the same.
The vice president said that the Islamic festival, Eid, which teaches us amity and brotherhood, will strengthen unity among the Nepalese.
Formation of a new Nepal is only possible through unity and mutual respect among all the communities living in Nepal, the vice president’s message reads.
