One killed in Taplejung boat capsize

TAPLEJUNG, OCT 21 -
A tourist was killed when a boat capsized in the Tamor River on Thursday.
Dek Alek, a Russian national, was killed when two out of the total five rafting boats en route to Chatara from Dovan overturned in the river.
His remains were recovered near a bridge two kilometers south of Dovan, following the mishap.
Ten out of the 17 passengers aboard in the rafting boats were safely rescued.
