KAKADVITTA, SEP 29 -
A person was detained in possession of arms from Mechinagar-12 of Jhapa district on Tuesday night.
A patrol team from Area Police Office nabbed Sanjeev Sah, 35 at around 8.30 p.m. yesterday night. He had a pistol and two rounds of 9 mm bullets in his possession.
Police have predicted that Sah might be associated with the armed underground outfit Tarai Mukti Tigers.
One Govinda Dhungana was also detained at the same place, police informed.
A case will be filed against Sah at the earliest, police said.
