KATHMANDU, SEP 25 -
In the ongoing vote count for the Central Working Committee member under the 12th General Convention of the Nepali Congress, Bhisma Angdambe, Surya Man Gurung and Dhan Bahadur Gurung have been elected as the new central committee members from the indigenous quota.
Likewise, Sita Gurung and Rakta Sherchan have been elected for the indigenous woman seat.
As per the vote counting, Angdambe secured 834 votes; Surya and Dhan Bahadur secured 732 and 667 votes respectively.
Surya Man Gurung, Dhan Bahadur Gurung, and Rakta Sherchan are from the Sushil Koirala panel whereas Angdambe and Sita Gurung are from the Deuba panel.
