BHARATPUR, SEP 10 -

Youth front of UCPN (Maoist) Young Communist League (YCL), announced phase-wise protest programme on Friday demanding action against those who attacked its secretarial member Gopal Shrestha.

The YCL declared a week long protest programme in response to their view of the local administration’s lack of concern in arresting the attackers.

The irate YCL submitted a memorandum to Chief District Officer Basanta Raj Gautam and declared to call Chitwan banda from Sept.16, including a motorcycle rally, graffiti painting, and torch rally.
