ARGHAKHACHI, SEP 02 -
Police rescued a six-year-old abducted girl from Jaluke VDC in Arghakhanchi district Wednesday night.
Barsha Bhusal, daughter of Radha Bhusal, was abducted from her house at Dhanachour VDC taking advantage of the absence of her family members on Wednesday morning.
Police have also arrested Raju Nepali of Dhanachour-1, who was behind the kidnapping.
Buddhi Raj Gurung, Deputy Superintendent of Police of District Police Office, Arghakhachi, said a team of police mobilised immediately after the news of the abduction came to light.
Meanwhile, police arrested two people along with weapons from Simalpani VDC of Arghakhachi. A patrol team of Simalpani Police Post arrested them with a home-made gun.
Police have suspected that they might have entered jungle with the gun to kill wild animals.
