PARASI, AUG 28 -

A minor has died after drowning in a ditch on Friday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Sagar Kumal, 11, son of Pancharam Kumal of Mudka Madi at Makar-4 in Nawalparasi district.

Kumal breathed his last while he was being ferried to hospital for treatment, police informed.
