SINDHULIMADHI, AUG 24 -
A teenage girl has died after being swept away by the Handi River in Lampantar VDC-4 of the district on Monday.
The victim has been identified as 17-year-old Yunita BK, a resident of Jarayotar VDC-5, police said.
Also on Saturday, 50-year-old Bauba Lal Kunwar of Dudhauli village drowned when he was swept away by the Kamala River.
