YCL cadres attack campus chief in Gorkha

KATHMANDU, JUL 10 -
Cadres of the Young Communist League (YCL), UCPN (Maoist) youth wing, on Saturday assaulted Govinda Prasad Bhatta, chief at Dullav Higher Secondary School in Ghyampesaal, Gorkha.
Bhatta was attacked in Satepipal while returning his home Ghyampesaal on a motorcycle with local Talak Gurung. Bhatta said YCL cadres attacked him by stopping the motorcycle.
Earlier, the teachers of the school were also displaced following the debate between the local Maoist cadres and Nepali Congress regarding the school management committee’s election.
