MAHOTTARI, JUL 07 - Ramashish Yadav, secretary of Mahottari-based Gaushala VDC, was stripped buck naked and beaten in public by his villagers in Jaleshwor on Wednesday.
The people of Gaushala VDC have accused Yadav of committing financial irregularities. Clash erupted between the angry mob and the police when the latter tried to rescue Yadav. Four police personnel were hurt.
