One person died in a clash that took place at Motipur in Rupandehi district on Wednesday. The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar Kumal of Bhotkuiya, Motipur VDC-7.
The clash took place Tuesday night when an argument over the collision of two cycles heated up between the local youngsters.
Kumal was seriously injured when a group ruthlessly bet him.
He succumbed to injuries while being taken to Bhairahawa for treatment, locals said. Police have intensified search for those involved in the attack, Area Police Office, Butwal informed.
