KATHMANDU, MAY 16 - Police on Sunday morning arrested four persons for illegal possession of improvised arms and ammunition from Thankot.
The arrestees, all from Dhanusha district, are Santosh Bahadur Lama, Mani Lama, Atma Ram Lama and Shyam Rai .
A joint patrol of Armed Police Force and Nepal Police seized two home-made pistols and one bullet from the gang en route to Kathmandu from Bhadrapur.
SP Ramesh Kharel, in charge of Metropolitan Police Range Kathmandu, said their motive was yet to be ascertained.
