A Nepali Congress leader has been killed in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday night.
Nepal Students Union former central general-secretary Basu Koirala died when a motorcycle (Ko 3 Pa 2786) he was riding on rammed a loaded truck (Ko 1 Pa 7870), parked at the side of the road in Bhokraha-5 of Sunsari district at around 9.45 last night.
Koirala died on spot, police informed.
Koirala, 38, of Inaruwa-7, Sunsari, was also the treasurer of the NC Sunsari district committee
