Saying the change in government is impossible from street, Minister for Information and Communications Shanker Pokharel on Saturday suggested the UCPN (Maoist) to follow constitutional process for it.
Though the Maoists longing for the government leadership, it is meaningless until they establish themselves as citizens' party, Minister Pokharel said. He was speaking at the inaugural of 13th General Assembly of Lions International District 325 B in Pokhara.
"It would be wise of political parties to find solution to contentious issues through discussion instead of engaging in the debate of High Level Political Mechanism leadership now," he said.
