NEPALGUNJ, MAR 20 -
Chairman of Madheshi Janadhikar Forum, Nepal Upendra Yadav has said the new constitution could not be issued in the slated time if the current situation continues.
He was speaking at a press conference organised by Awadhi Journalists' Association in Nepalgunj on Saturday.
Responding to a query, he said mapping of 14 provinces prepared under the political influence would disintegrate the nation and is also against the Madhesh movement agreement.
