Maoist cadre abducted in Rautahat

RAUTAHAT, MAR 19 -
An unidentified armed group abducted an activist of the UCPN (Maoist) from Rautahat district on Thursday night. The whereabouts of the abducted is still unknown, said his family.
According to Gaur Police Office, the armed group of three to four people abducted one Ramprabesh Sah of Jhunkhunwa VDC of the district.
The armed group unlocked the house and took sah out to an unidentified place stating urgent work with him, Sah’s family said.
The police administration has been operating search mission in the possible hideouts of the abductor from early morning today, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Pitambar Adhikari.
Meanwhile, various human right organisations have demanded release of Sah.
