DANG, MAR 19 - The cadres of Young Communist League (YCL), a youth front of the UCPN (Maoist), have beaten up a pregnant woman, leaving her seriously injured in Dang on Thursday evening.
One Pushpa Nepali, 24, of Bishnupur at Bagmare- 4, was mercilessly beaten up by the YCL cadres.
The YCL men reportedly beat up pregnant Nepali following a press statement about timber smuggling jointly issued by Tarun Dal, Bagmare VDC secretary and Pushpa's husband Man Bahadur Pariyar a few days ago.
