Minister for Law and Justice Prem Bahadur Singh said the constitution drafting process is in shadow due to the differences among the three main political parties.
A crisis like situation has been seen in the country because the three parties have been divided on several issues of the constitution, he said at a press conference organised in Kailali on Thursday.
“All eyes are on power politics without prioritising peace process and constitution", he added.
Stating that peace is impossible in the country before the integration of Maoist combatants, he called all the parties to finalise the integration issue as soon as possible.
