TATOPANI, MAR 15 - Minister for Information and Communications Shanker Pokharel inagurated the Kathmandu-Tatopani Fibre Cable System in Tatopani of Sindhupalchok district on Monday.

The fibre cable has been extended from Kathmandu to the city bordering Khasa of Tibet.

New telephone lines based on the system have been distributed in Khadichaur and Tatopani of the district, and Dolalghat of Kavrepalanchok. The lines came to operation from today.
